How long will it take for my order to ship?
Shipping varies depending on the category of product:

Stationery & Stencil Edges:
The current processing time for orders to be shipped is 2-10 business days, not including personalized products. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Orders are shipped from Leiria (Portugal) through CTT Portugal.

Home and Gifts
Shipping is handled through Printful and takes 2-8 business days after purchase.

Will my package have any customs fees?
Any customs fees are the responsability of the customer and may be charged by the carrier before delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs.

What do I do if my package is lost?
Please email us at contact@saramalva.com if your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of it being shipped.
